User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and Caption Series Messaging Solution (“Caption Series,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and governs your subscription to and use of the products and services available through www.captionseries.com (collectively, the “Services”). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using or accessing our Services.

Modifications to the Agreement

Caption Series reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the updated terms on our website, www.captionseries.com (the “Site”). Unless otherwise specified, all modifications will take effect 30 days after they are posted. Any upcoming changes will be communicated on this page.

 

License & Usage

Subject to your payment of the applicable subscription fees and compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Caption Series grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use our Services (“Licensed Materials”) from multiple locations/devices at different times. However, simultaneous access from multiple locations/devices is not permitted.
